Terms of Sale

Terms of sale will be established at Team Rhino discretion. Team Rhino must receive payment prior to its acceptance of a customer’s order.
The customer is required to pay shipping and handling. In the event of a calculation error in the total charge, Team Rhino will notify the customer by telephone and/or email that the total charge had to be recalculated. Upon notification, Team Rhino asks the customer to agree on the new charge. If there was an overcharge, Team Rhino pays back the customer the difference in the form of a credit. If additional payment is required, Team Rhino will make a second charge to the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Team Rhino will accept returned products for refund within the first 8 days from the date the product is received by the customer only if the product is defective. After the 8-day period expires, Team Rhino does not accept returned products for refund. To return products the customer must ask for the authorization number. Upon receiving Team Rhino approval to return a product, customers will be given a return authorization number and instructions to ship the product to Team Rhino. If the product returned is determined defective by Team Rhino, Team Rhino will replace the product.Team Rhino reserves the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear and tear. Team Rhino reserves the right to charge customers for any costs incurred by Team Rhino to refurbish the product or restore its saleable condition.
