HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

	Minimum order quantity is 10 garmets per order.
	No credits will be issued for SAMPLE orders.
	We do not accept phone orders.
	Orders cane be placed by e-mail, fax or post (should you require an order form we can e-mail a copy in excel format.) When placing an order please ensure your order includes:

	Order number
	Billing address
	Detailed delivery address

WHAT ARE THE FREIGHT COST?

We use Local and Interstate couriers as our primary carriers.

All orders over $300.00 ex GST are FIS [Freight free] anywhere in Australia using our choice of carriers.

All orders under $300.00 will attract freight charges.

HOW DO I ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT?

For the first 3 orders, payment is required before goods are dispatched.
To obtain a 30 day account you must request a credit application.
We require 7 days after receiving a new credit application to process your account.
If goods are required sooner, payment by direct deposit is required.
Direct deposit details are found on all invoices.
